Sydney Wolford
Performer/Choreographer
Sydney Wolford began her dance training in Long Beach, California. She received her Bachelor of Art, Dance degree from Cal State University Long Beach as a dance scholarship recipient. In 2013, she was asked by artistic director Nate Hodges to join RhetOracle Dance Company and with them has performed at Western Arts Alliance, Pasadena Dance Festival, Carpenter Center's Arts for Life, and has been featured in shows such as Great American Mixtape and Frightful Things. Ms. Wolford has been choreographing and teaching dance since 2011. Utilizing intricate musicality and dynamic shifts, she currently choreographs at MMSDance Studio for children as young as two all the way to adults. She is a visceral choreographer and performer who explores the intricacies of human nature through her artistry.
